Jaz de L'Arbre
Taking the first step to come to counseling can take a lot of courage because growth can be very difficult. My job as a counselor is to empower you to achieve the goals we set together and support you as you confront any barriers.
My hope for you is to create a life you can thrive in rather than escape from, no matter if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or other life stressors and challenges.
I draw from multiple counseling theories to form a treatment plan focused on each individual's needs and personality. I take a holistic and wellness-based approach to counseling, assessing multiple aspects of your lifestyle to best serve you. I will help you see your strengths so you feel inspired to face your fears as we fill up your toolbox to cope with all that life throws at you.
Oak & Ember Counseling does not currently accept insurance at this time.
